Various small and medium businesses have utilized social media marketing to attract more customers and grow their business. Social media is one of the cheapest means of reaching a wider audience and growing your personal or business brand.

Here are 5 Ways to Grow your Business using Social Media.

1) Develop a Social Media Plan & Strategy

Before embarking on social media marketing, it is essential you develop a social media plan and strategy.

What do you want to achieve with social media marketing?

How do you intend to achieve it?

It could be that you currently make 20 sales per month and want to make up to 50 sales monthly. It is now your responsibility to have a plan to achieve it.

By offering discounts and coupons on social media will result in more sales and new customers. In business, it’s important you consistently attract new customers while maintaining existing customers. Discounts and coupons will enable you to convert most of your social media followers into customers and this will have long-term benefits.
